$100 New Customer Offer Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is exclusively available to new Fero customers who have not scheduled a delivery with Fero. To qualify for this Promotion, customers must enter valid credit card information into the Fero app. This offer is by invite only and intended solely for the recipient.
  • Promotional Offer: Eligible customers will receive $100 off their first delivery booked through the Fero app.
  • Usage of Credit: The $100 discount must be applied to the first delivery only and is claimed by entering the code FIRST100 in the BOL/PO Number section when scheduling the delivery. If the total cost of the delivery is less than $100, the remaining balance of the discount will be forfeited and cannot be used for future deliveries.
  • Promotion Code Usage: Customers must enter the promotion code FIRST100 at the time of booking their first delivery to avail of the discount. The promotional code is valid for a single use only.
  • Credit Application: The credit will be applied as a refund for the respective delivery, after the delivery has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for this refund to appear in your account.
  • Expiry: The promotional code FIRST100 must be used within 60 days from the date of receiving the offer email.
  • Restrictions: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
  • Amendment and Termination: Fero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated directly to eligible or participating customers.
  • Liability: Fero is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect entry of the promotional code or from technical errors that prevent the successful application of the discount.

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes related to this Promotion will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
